A Spring in My Step
I prayed and prayed and yes... prayed some more. Flowers... all I wanted was another spring like we had two years ago. I had barely gotten into photography when we had the most glorious spring I'd ever been blessed to see. It was a time of joy, refreshing and healing.
Our hill country has been in dire need of water and because of the drought, we had zilch in the way of flowers last year! Nada, nothing, a complete poo of a spring. I was devastated! I have been praying all year for rain. Not just because of the general need of water (duh, that's a no-brainer), but because of spring itself. Not just for my own personal desire to see and photograph the flowers, but so that all creation would cry out to us, from the top of it's lungs, about our Creator and all His amazing glory. Well.... He answered, nature responded and.... HOLLA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Praisin' Jesus right along with it :D Just had to share a few with you all. Giving Him the glory for it all!

Even the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may have her young—
a place near Your altar, LORD Almighty, my King and my God. ♥ Psalm 84:3
Love, love, love that you captured the intensity of the colors.
