A Teenager and Other Things for Sale...

It's so hard for me to believe that my son is going into high school this year!  Go Class of 2016!

OMG I think I just took a ride in a Delorean!  I feel like I should be wearing a space suit or something O.o

Anyhoo, seeing as how my son won't quit growing up, I've decided to support him as best as I can.

By giving him a makeover.  His room that is.

I figure it's time to ditch the cowboy cuteness for something a wee bit more mature.  He's been a great sport and has actually loved his room so much (YAY!) that he hasn't really cared to change.  Until now.  We all figure he could do without the teasing that would surly ensue
once those high school boys start coming over for xbox and food :)

So.... it's ALL for sale!  The proceeds.... go to support a growing boy and his self-esteem :D

The twin bed frame is solid wood construction and virtually indestructible.
Aside from a few scratches here and there, this things in great condition!

This bed is so cool!  It comes with detachable rails.  Have both rails up for a toddler bed.
Take one off and use it as a daybed.  Or you can take both off and use it as a regular twin!
It grows with your child, AWESOME!  It's listed at $100 (frame only, no mattresses).

The rails just slide in or out of the groves on the head and foot boards.

We used a bunkie board and a regular twin mattress.
Basically it's a lot like a bunk bed but without the top bunk.

Even the pillows, duvet cover, dust ruffle, and sham that matches the bed skirt
(not shown) are for sale.  All for $20.
The duvet cover is handmade out of designer grade, SOFT denim.
It has an envelope closure and has a few hand sewn patches that match the star pillow
for an adorable look that ties the pieces together (forgot to take a pic of those, sorry).

The western roll pillow ($5) has a few spots on it but it's in wonderful condition.  The star pillow ($5) and checkered pillows ($5) were both handmade with lots of love and care and are also in amazing condition.  The pocket on the front of the checkered pillow will house your child's favorite small stuffed animal (this puppy is staying with us and is not included, sorry).

I also handmade the two cactus boards out of a bulletin board.
Both are hand painted and  have wooden push pins for "spines".
Each board sells for $10.

3D, metal horse sculpture is mounted by saw tooth bracket on back.

This is one of my favorite things in the room.
Each panel is 54" x 85".  They are made out of designer grade material.
