Big Surprise :)
So there I was just planning the next day, when I got a very interesting message that would change the rest of my plans. Not just for the next day, or the next week... it had potential to change them for the rest of my life. Well, at least until I chose to retire ;)
That message..... our local private school, Faith Academy, had an opening. AND was I possibly interested?
Needless to say, after a week of discussion, resume' (heavens, last time I did that was 18yrs ago!) prep and prayer... come this Monday, I'll be Faith Academy's newest teacher :)
I will be teaching the photography/technology and yearbook classes! How exciting is that?! And it's upperclassmen as well. :D I know some of you might think I'm crazy, but I love upperclassmen!
Praising Jesus that His plans aren't mine. AND that He's gonna be with me every step of the way, lol! And I guess I'm going to have to get used to being called "Mrs. Rice" again :)
