Picky Portrait

My sweet hubby came to assist me on a shoot the other day and I LOVED having him there :)  There is something to be said for having your partner for life supporting and helping you.  We've chatted occasionally about his interest in learning more about photography and I'd love nothing more than for him to come along side me and join forces :)

There are so many husband/wife teams out there and what a joy it would be to know you could always count on him or her to be at work on time ;)

When we left the shoot, the sun was in it's perfect spot and I saw the most gorgeous light filtering through.  I pulled over and started playing with the new lenses and taking pictures of the landscape and then I had an idea!  Greg could take my picture and I could show him a little bit around the camera.

I absolutely hate doing self portraits and even more than that, I HATE having my picture taken.  He had his work cut out for him.  I'm a VERY tough client.

When we were finished, I chimped the images and told him that he had done a WONDERFUL job... I just wish he had a better subject, lol!

I don't know if I'll ever feel completely comfortable in front of the lens but you never know.  With him behind the camera.... it's at least a little easier to smile♥
