Spring Workshop ~ 2013 May, 25th!

I wanted to share a before and after shot utilizing some lighting techniques that we'll talk about during the Spring Workshop I'm hosting on May 25th.
(small disclaimer, I apologize if the images look pixilated, don't know why but they don't look like that till posted and it's driving me nuts!
I promise they look so much better than they do on this blog!)

This is a shot that I took of Savannah "a la naturale", no additional lighting.
Notice the heavy shadows around her eyes and the lack of catch lights.
This shot was taken using some lighting techniques we will learn at the workshop.
Notice how her face is brightened up and there are now noticeable catch lights in her eyes.
I wasn't keen on her "inhaling" the flower, so I asked her to pull it away a little bit and this is my final pick from this mini set.  This is after minor adjustments in raw (we'll talk about all this too).
Here's the same shot after a quick vintage processing.

If you're interested in joining me for a fabulous day of food, fun, fellowship and fotos,
contact me today and we'll get you signed up.  It's almost fully booked so don't wait.
This is the PERFECT event for momtogs and hobbyists alike! :)  I just got a message last night about another participant, so it looks like we are down to only 2 slots... so excited!!!
