Huntsville State Park Wedding ~ Casey's Bridal Portraits

Casey is one of those girls that you would love to create an American Doll after!  She is sweet, gentle, loving, gorgeous, sentimental and steeped in tradition.  Casey goes after life in such a way that you know you have just had the opportunity to connect with someone that will effect you forever.  You walk away feeling on top of the world and special beyond words!

The day Casey came to do her bridal session, couldn't have been deemed a better one!  The weather cooperated brilliantly, the heat was actually bearable (in Texas, go figure!), and the surprise we got at the end of the session was too fabulous for words!  About 10min before we wrapped up at the dock, we suddenly heard the strains of the "Dixie Cups" wafting through the air, singing, "We're Going to the Chapel and We're Gonna Get Marrrrrrried"!  One of my lovely neighbors saw us and decided to play a little tune to add to the ambiance of the evening.  It was sooooo cool!!!  Memories in the making while capturing memories... my favorite thing ever!

Casey's wedding was fantastic (keep your eyes open for the wedding blog post soon), the location was sublime, and her dress... stunning!  In fact, Casey had two dresses.  She had an ah-mazing idea to create a reception dress out of her mother's wedding dress!  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this idea!  I've never seen it done before but it's the perfect way to celebrate your day <3
